We are looking for an experienced colleague for the position of Data Quality Coordinator. Our enthusiastic professionals from our team will have your back. Fast learning, Analytical thinking, Owning the process are the key aspects of the role.   

 

What to expect:

  • Monitor and identifies the gaps in the process and address it to the respective process actor(s) 
  • Whenever there is no progress in the process lifecycle, follow-up with the respective teams to understand the obstacle 
  • Establish cooperation between teams when needed, to smoothen the process (e.g. register the possible improvements reported by teams and coordinate the same) 
  • Handling issues in ServiceNow and in JIRA 
  • Regular status reporting to the teams and management 
  • Incident-Problem management and oversight of their lifecycle 
  • Informing business and IT management about the status of open Incidents & Problems.

  • Displays analytical and reasoning skills.  
  • Ability to learn to interpret processes and policies.  
  • Good communication skills coupled with the developing ability to present information to stakeholders.  
  • Ability to establish rapport and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Proactive approach and excellent attention to detail 
  • Achievement driven, and delivery focused while maintaining the required quality.  
  • Developing understanding of both the technical and business aspects of the organization.  
  • Displays problem-solving skills along with the ability to think critically when making decisions that affect the organization’s processes or procedures.  

 

Your experience:

  • Data Quality checks and controls and/or Incident & Problem management role in an IT services environment. 
  • Working with cross functional stakeholders (internal and external stakeholders) to ensure compliance and process improvement initiatives are met on time.  
  • Analyzing processes and recommending improvements.  
  • Tracking, documenting, analyzing and reporting issues registered by stakeholders.  
  • Fluent English 
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow/JIRA 
  • Experience in presentation towards larger groups, 
  • MS Excel knowledge (basics) 
  • ITIL Certification is a plus 
  • Work experience in agile environment / Agile methodology knowledge is welcomed 
  • Experience >2years
