Are you passionate about helping KBC end-users develop in a fast-paced digital environment?


At S2E, we provide KBC employees with the IT tools they need to excel in their roles.  This includes a modern laptop, a comprehensive suite of O-365 applications (e.g. Teams, SharePoint) and easy connectivity both in the office and remotely.

Our users benefit from a comprehensive support base, via My Kate, our first digital access point, and remote and on-site helpdesks that guarantee human assistance when needed.

 

What to expect:
Within S2E, the Dock!Human team focuses on supporting our employees with their hardware and software issues.  Dock!Line helps employees remotely and Dock!Store provides physical support.  There is a Dock!Store at our headquarters locations where Dock!Store staff welcome colleagues with questions, concerns and issues. 


Your skills & experience:
•    You have an interest in IT, want to know how things work, keep looking for a solution

•    You are customer-friendly, stay calm, can explain difficult procedures in an understandable way 

•    You are able to manage your daily work and can set priorities

•    You are able to communicate between different internal and external partners

•    You have no problem supporting/managing large groups

•    You are flexible and punctual

•    You preferably speak English and Czech

•    You have analytical skills

•    You are very meticulous in the follow-up

•    You can work independently, but enjoy working as part of a team

•    You like to take initiative and learn quickly

•    You are customer-oriented and solution-oriented
