Functional Analyst (Brno)

As a functional analyst, you will be responsible for translating business needs into functional design. Think of yourself as a link between end users and technical colleagues. If you feel like a fish in the water within this role, read on.
You will be involved in the overall solution development cycle for our internal customer, starting with assessing the complexity of the customer requirements, through business analysis and defining functional specifications, to supporting the entire process of developing, testing and delivering the implementation according to the customer's requirements.
What to expect:
- functional analysis of information systems to meet business needs within the framework of architecture and standards;
- translating from functional to technical software design;
- identifying gaps and potential improvements;
- developing a functional design of the software based on the results of the preliminary study and user requirements;
- supporting changes and improvements from development to production;
- analyzing end-user requirements needs to determine feasibility, propose technical changes, determine resource requirements and project time estimates;
- completing special projects, system testing, etc;
- participating in the entire software delivery lifecycle, from the release process to the production phase and, where appropriate, aftercare during the warranty period.
Your skills & experience:
- experience in working on a position related to Functional Analytics (translating requirements into technical specifications);
- knowledge of Functional Design (backend and frontend);
- excellent knowledge of English (daily communication with the team and colleagues in Belgium).
