As part of our CRM team, you’ll help build and maintain solutions that give our commercial colleagues a complete 360° customer view - empowering them to deliver exceptional customer experiences while reducing administrative workload.

From CRM platforms like Alpha, One, and FuturA (built on MS Dynamics 365) to innovative tools such as Kate, our digital assistant, you’ll contribute to projects that make a real impact for both customers and employees. Your work will balance innovation and reliability: enhancing existing systems while driving transformation through AI Agents, Generative AI, new CRM capabilities, and process optimization/automation.

 

To support our growing AI roadmap for commercial employees, we’re strengthening our team with three versatile, multi-skilled professionals who will contribute to both new initiatives and ongoing operational excellence.

 

Your Role: Functional Analyst

As a Functional Analyst in our CRM team, you will:

  • Translate functional and non-functional requirements into clear documentation and functional designs aligned with architectural standards
  • Turn business needs into secure, cost-effective, and incremental IT solutions, thinking proactively and creatively
  • Maintain and improve existing systems to ensure quality, stability, and a great user experience
  • Collaborate closely with agile teams to implement new features and process improvements
  • Guide stakeholders through change, innovation, and new ways of working
  • Contribute to strategic programs including AI integration, product migrations, and digital assistants
  • Participate in feasibility studies, projects, and maintenance activities, converting findings into actionable outcomes

 

Who You Are

You are someone who:

  • Has a strong analytical mindset, dares to challenge, and can make well‑considered decisions
  • Communicates clearly and builds connections with multiple stakeholders, from business to IT
  • Has experience with agile methodologies and IT-driven projects
  • Knows (or is eager to learn) about CRM systems and KBC’s commercial network
  • Is proactive, flexible, and energized by complex challenges
  • Demonstrates ownership and entrepreneurial spirit, ensuring objectives are met
  • Practices active listening and values team achievements
  • Enjoys variety and can manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 is seen as an extra asset
