We are Global Solution Center responsible for third level support, implementation and migration of global and cloud services to KBC Group‘s banks and insurance companies across Europe and small offices in US and Asia. We support more than 52 thousands users in KBC Group.
Our Global Solution Center team (short as GSC) is located in Belgium and in four main locations in Czech Republic – Prague, Brno, Ostrava and Pardubice. Our team consists of experts on various on-premise and cloud domains represented by global roles such as Service/Solution Architects, Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineers, Identity Management Specialists, Security Engineers and also dedicated Microsoft in field Engineers.
We are seeking for a product owner who would join us and help us to deliver Microsoft 365 services in financial sector KBC Group is operating in. The Product Owner is responsible for managing backlog of the requests, follow up news about managed products (Microsoft Cloud Security tools for M365 services) and communicate with subject stakeholders (colleagues or business partners) across the Europe.
What to expect:
- Responsible for product implementation and extension (roadmap)
- Responsible for backlog management and execution by team
- Responsible for follow up news and bring new ideas
- Co-responsible for defining internal service description and related documents like RACI and onboarding materials
- Attend Agile and operational meetings across virtual teams
- Improve personal knowledge related to Microsoft 365 services
Your skills & experience:
- Technical knowledge of M365 Security tools (MS Sentinel, Security and Compliance Products)
- Experience with Conditional Access policy concepts
- Common Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Experience with MDM (Preferably Intune or SCCM) as a service
- Agile mindset, be a servant to the team
- Communication skills and stress tolerant
- Ability to learn new skills and technologies
- JIRA, ITIL or SAFe knowledge is an advantage
- Being flexible, ability to travel abroad (once a quarter)
- Fluency in English, Czech language is a nice to have
