As our Head of Experts Departments, you would have the following responsibilities:

 

  • Overseeing the design, implementation and optimization of HR system to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Communicating and cooperating with IT and other relevant functions to ensure smooth integration of the HR systems in the KBC environment.
  • Creating and managing the system strategy and target architecture of our HR and Facility infrastructure, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational goals.  
  •  Identifying business opportunities and ensure business value from technology by leading the HR and Facility program management portfolio and related projects in a cost efficient manner.
  • Taking ownership of budget management and optimizing resources for maximum impact.
  • Leading and developing high performing virtual teams, fostering culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborating very closely with all other HR functions.
  • Balancing between short term and long term objectives in an Agile way. 
  • Leading change management for the HR function towards the organizations.
  • Identifying important technological evolutions and/or components to support the HR vision and trends.
  • Being responsible for HR system policies, standards and guidelines and accountable for accuracy, consistency and quality of data processed in the HR systems.

 

Key competences that will help you succeed:

 

  • Holistic E2E view of the HR functions in big company, corporate environment would be an advantage.
  • In depth understanding of the relationship between business strategy and HR strategy & technology.
  • Being able to translate business and HR objectives into actionable HR initiatives.
  • Proven experience in HR systems, architecture design and budget oversight.
  • Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional collaboration and building strong partnerships including rich project management experience.
