Job Description
HR Integrator (Prague)

#GreatWorkIsNotAMyth

Location: Prague (hybrid: 50% home office / 50% office)

Collaboration: Daily virtual cooperation with Brno, Sofia & Varna
Clients: Mainly employees and leaders in Prague + cross‑border work (within organization of 3,000+ colleagues)

Why this job might be for you

You don’t need “perfect days.” You need variety, contact with people, and meaningful work. You communicate openly, you’re comfortable giving and receiving feedback, and you stay calm when priorities change. We’re a stable company, but the agenda is not routine. You will learn continuously  and help others learn too. Your previous, hands‑on HR experience will be actively used and relied on every day.

Just as important: this is a team‑based role, not a solitary one. You will join the wider HR Operations, Policies & Employee Relations team, made up of experienced HR professionals working closely across countries.

In Czechia, the team has 11 colleagues (including a Team Leader and HRBP). In the HR Integrator role, you will join four Czech colleagues, replacing one of them. You will also work very closely with 10 colleagues in Bulgaria.

We operate as one team: we share cases, align on next steps, consult each other, and co‑create improvements across countries. We’re looking for a senior‑minded team player , someone who cooperates naturally, contributes expertise, and supports others through experience, not just process.

What this looks like in practice

You’ll support leaders with everyday people topics  for example, helping a team leader prepare meaningful goals before the new year starts, or guiding them through the evaluation period so they’re ready for review talks and next steps. When a leader isn’t sure how to react to a situation (lateness, a performance drop, personal issues), you’re the trusted HR partner to talk it through calmly and clearly.

You’ll act as the HR partner for your internal clients: joining regular team calls (often virtually), explaining what documents are needed for a contract change, how to handle a probation period, or what follows after a resignation. You’ll help employees understand their options around development, performance, transfers, or personal changes.

You’ll also make HR policies work in real life by turning rules into simple steps,  what to do, who to contact, and by when and by keeping processes fair and consistent because it protects both the leader and the employee. You’ll support leaders in handling sensitive situations respectfully (performance issues, behaviour concerns, team conflict), often acting independently based on your experience.

Because this role connects Prague, Brno, Sofia and Varna, you’ll collaborate online every day, sharing updates, aligning next steps, and joining cross‑border projects such as refreshing onboarding, adjusting evaluation steps, or reviewing job roles. You’ll use English daily (spoken and written) and work in short cycles, checking feedback and adjusting solutions as needed (Agile).

You will also work on job and pay topics: updating job descriptions, checking whether roles match real work, and bringing structure and professional judgement into remuneration discussions so decisions are consistent and transparent.

What you’ll bring & how we work

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a comparable HR role (HR Operations, HR Partnering, Employee Relations or similar)
  • Advanced English
  • Solid understanding of the Czech Labour Code (or strong ability to deepen it quickly)
  • A calm, mature approach to sensitive topics
  • Analytical thinking, sound judgement, and ownership of tasks
  • Interest in modern HR and new technologies
  • Confidence with O365 tools, we use them every day
  • A strong team mindset , you share, align, cooperate, and co‑create

Prague is the required base location to stay close to internal clients. You’ll collaborate online with teams in Sofia and Varna and travel occasionally.

What we offer

  • A stable company with a dynamic, varied agenda - no routine
  • Work with real people topics, not just systems
  • Strong, experienced colleagues you’ll cooperate with daily
  • Impact across several countries and thousands of employees
  • Space to grow, influence, and continuously improve HR together
  • A team proud to be part of a Top Employer in Czechia
