The Business Solutions Competence Center is building and managing a large portfolio of low code automation solutions. Several departments of KBC Group use these solutions to automate and improve their operational activities.

As HR Leader, you will be acting as a conduit between management and staff, responsible for managing a group of people including motivating, coaching, KPI-setting, performance management and HR-management (interviews with potential employees, training and development, knowledge management, career guidance and evaluation).
 
What to expect:

  • provide purpose: provides guidance to the team with a vision of the team objectives in line with the overall SSC strategy and the Must Win Battles
  • provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
  • enourage creativity and continuous improvement
  • continuously monitoring capacity, efficiency, costs and risk of activities
  • participate in team meetings and huddles
  • part of the domain management team
  • set up and maintains good cooperation with other teams in domain and rest of the organization (HR, Risk, Finance, ICT, ...)
