Your job is to translate KBC strategy into HR operations with a focus on efficiency, cost, risk, and continuous improvement, while creating a culture where people:

- Co‑create strategy in the area of Employee Care and help shape effective HR partnership models.
- Drive continuous improvement, positioning HR as a proactive, trusted partner that provides solutions and supports business priorities.
- Work in an agile way- short feedback loops, transparency, adaptability, and fast learning cycles in order to respond quickly in a dynamic HR environment.
- Support HR transformation and digitalization, including the future use of AI and modern technologies.
(SuccessFactors is our core HR system. What truly matters is your mindset of learning, ownership, problem‑solving and continuous improvement. Active use of Copilot and AI in daily work is a strong advantage.)
