Insurance Officer

In the Insurance domain, we operate one of the key European centers responsible for the administration and full life‑cycle support of life and health insurance products for KBC Belgium. Our mission is to ensure that every client insurance policy is correctly set up, regularly updated, and that all requests are processed accurately, efficiently, and professionally. Our work is administrative, analytical, and highly diverse. In a structured back‑office environment (no sales, no call center), we are responsible for:

  • Reviewing and verifying client documentation
  • Processing change requests and policy updates
  • Allocating and recording incoming documents
  • Checking the accuracy of insurance contracts
  • Registering hospitalization costs
  • Preparing documentation for new policies
  • Handling pay-outs (maturity, death, early termination)

 

Together, our teams cover the entire life cycle of an insurance policy, from its creation to its final closure.

As we collaborate daily with Belgian colleagues and partners, English is our primary working language—used in communication, internal systems, and documentation. That’s why a strong command of English and the courage to use it actively are essential. Knowledge of Czech is also important for internal team communication.
