What to expect:
You'll be working on programming the Orchestration Tool (OT), which lies at the heart of our project Rainbow, i.e., building a multi-tenant data warehouse for the whole KBC Group. This will include:
- Creating new features while also monitoring the performance and functionality of existing applications.
- Actively participating in bug fixes and maintain open communication with users to ensure their needs are met.
- Building high-quality software. No feature is considered complete until it has a well-documented test case.
- Questioning existing practices and collaborate constructively with your team to enhance the quality of our software.
You may work with this technology stack: Java (Spring, Spring Boot, etc.), Python, Angular, Typescript, CSS, RESTful webservices, JSON and much more...
We are working in Agile, specifically using SAFe methodology.
Your skills & experience:
- Excellent knowledge of OOP and design patterns.
- Professional experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Maven.
- Good hands-on knowledge of microservice architecture.
- Experience with development of RESTful web services, JSON, HTTP.
- Excellent knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with CI/CD build pipelines (Github Actions).
- Proficiency in version control using Git.
Nice to have:
- Experience with front-end development in Angular.
- Knowledge of Openshift
- S3 buckets, Podman
