Junior Application & Access Management Specialist

From setting up authorizations and creating tailored user IDs, to managing robot and machine accounts or maintaining internal SharePoint pages, we ensure secure, compliant, and seamless digital operations across the organization. What will be on your agenda? 

 

  • Processing and resolving incoming service requests in ServiceNow: 
    • Assignment of basic authorizations 
    • Creation of extra user IDs 
    • Creation of machine users, robot users and shared users 
    • Authorizations for systems such as IBS, Fin-force, WEDEA, ETC 
    • Administration of shared and resource mailboxes 
    • SharePoint administration 
  • Monitoring and resolving incidents 
  • Monitoring and maintaining the team shared mailbox 
  • Administration of corporate tariffs 
  • Ongoing support for users regarding authorization and access issues (via chat or email) 
  • Maintaining accurate data in relevant internal databases 
  • Performing regular account cost checkups 
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed on time, in line with SLAs and internal procedures 
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous process improvements 
  • Working in close cooperation with the team, ensuring back-up and knowledge sharing
