Where is this role positioned?
Our project called Rainbow has more than 35 teams which focus on building a completely new data warehouse for regulatory reporting of the whole KBC Group and its entities in 5 EU countries.
Within the big Rainbow program, we are the Security & Privacy team. We are responsible to implement and enable various security measures in the Rainbow ecosystem. We take care of proper Data Classification of the attributes stored in our data warehouse, Access Management for the entire Rainbow workforce, Build and Maintain the Data Anonymization framework, Monitoring of user actions to avoid data and code tampering, Coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain Data Minimization and Retention periods, and Risk Management while considering internal and external regulations such as GDPR and DORA.
We work in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) mode. In short iterations (sprints), new developments are delivered, giving us an improved time-to-market. We develop, evaluate and steer where necessary during these short cycles.
You will be part of a well-integrated IT team in an international context.
Your role in the team will be to work alongside experienced colleagues and gradually learn how to enable and maintain the various security measures that are part of our roadmap. You will have the opportunity to build expertise in Data Security, Data Warehousing and Regulatory Reporting while contributing to real business solutions from day one.
