Junior in Financial Markets 🎓

We are looking for a new colleague to our ever-growing team! We offer you the opportunity to work in an interesting area of Financial Markets - forex, bonds, shares, collateral and others. We are back office, which means no sales! We support front office traders and make sure business runs smoothly. It’s a complex work, but we will teach you everything you need to know – even if you know nothing about markets.

Responsibilities:

• We are the right hand of our traders on Financial Markets (stocks, bonds, forex and others)
• Our task is to supervise that the data in the systems are correct. If not, we investigate and provide solutions
• We cooperate with colleagues both in Brno and Brussels
• We communicate via mail and sometimes also by phone with banks all over the world regarding transaction details
• Financial Markets are dynamic and we have to understand our work to be able to adapt to the changes
• We finetune established processes, we suggest, test and implement functional novelties

Expectations:

• High school or university diploma
• Knowledge of English (you will use it in written as well as in spoken form)
• Responsible approach because every step and click is important
• Being communicative and having a team spirit (don’t be afraid to ask but also be able to help)
• Being able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• At the beginning we want the newcomer to be in an office present all the time for training (between two weeks and a month)
• Knowledge of Financial Markets is beneficial but not required – being interested is enough, we will gladly teach you the rest
