We’re looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our IT Hub in Prague as a Learning and Onboarding Support Specialist.
This position is part of the IT Hub. You will work closely with HR and Learning & Development teams based in Brno to ensure alignment on onboarding and training activities. Additionally, you will cooperate with colleagues and stakeholders in Bulgaria, Belgium, and Hungary.
What to expect:
Learning & Development Support
- Provide administrative and operational support for local and cross-country learning activities (Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Belgium, Hungary).
- Support with planning and coordination of training programs, including scheduling sessions, tracking participation, managing attendance, and preparing materials.
- Manage logistics for learning activities: issue purchase orders, track invoicing, and liaise with vendors (in direct cooperation with Learning & Development team)
- Support the career path mapping effort within the Rainbow project by collecting input, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation.
- Support local initiatives such as open days, hackathons, and workshops, providing organizational and logistical assistance.
Onboarding Support
- Assist with organizing and delivering onboarding workshops.
- Prepare onboarding presentations, documentation, and communication materials.
- Collect and analyze feedback from newly hired employees to improve onboarding processes.
- Coordinate with HR to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding journey across locations.
Reporting and Feedback Collection
- Gather feedback from business managers regarding training needs and development opportunities for their teams.
- Compile and present reports on onboarding effectiveness, training participation, and employee feedback.
- Work with the Learning & Development team to evaluate and improve existing education offerings based on collected insights.
In the event of the Team and Management Assistant´s absence, you will assume responsibility for their duties and responsibilities.
Your skills & experience:
- A structured and detail-oriented person with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable in a supporting IT Hub in Prague, working across teams and departments.
- Able to handle administrative tasks with precision and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English and Czech.
- Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), willing to learn internal tools.
