We are Microsoft 365 Group Competence Center responsible for third level support, implementation and migration of Microsoft 365 services to KBC Group‘s banks and insurance companies across Europe and small offices in US and Asia. Having more than 51 000 users onboarded for Microsoft 365.
Our Group Competence team (short as GCC) is in four main locations – Prague, Brno, Ostrava and Pardubice. Our team consists of experts on various cloud and on-premise domains represented by global roles such as Solution Architects, Product Owners and Managers, Cloud Experts, Identity Management Specialists, Security Engineers and also dedicated Microsoft in field Engineers. So as you can see there are many opportunities for you to grow in knowledge and expertise. All of that supported by competitive training scheme. We maintain the Power Platform Infrastructure, but development is not our primary focus.
Scope of the position:
- Fulfill daily operational tasks related to Microsoft 365 Collaboration services as SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform administration
- Resolve Incidents escalated from 2nd level local entities
- Implement release changes and fulfil catalogue tasks on L3
- To test the new functionalities and changes
- Follow Microsoft roadmap for Microsoft 365 services
- Attend agile and operational ceremonies across virtual teams
- Improve personal knowledge related to Microsoft 365 services
- Occasional business trips (once a quarter)
- Improve personal knowledge related to Microsoft 365 services
- Keep 24/7 On Call duties and travel on occasional business trips (once a quarter)
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Collaborative services as SPO, EXO, Teams, PowerPlatform at least on L2 Support
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Common knowledge of Office 365 applications
- Analytic skills
- Critical mindset
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of programing language (Powershell, C#..)
- Generic IT background and IT technology overview
- MS certification is advantage
- Ability to learn new skills and technologies
