What to expect: 

• To be a part of our international team of 10 specialists based in Belgium, India and Czechia. 
• To develop and maintain the IBS platform. Imagine IBS like a mini bank operating worldwide — your job is to ensure it runs at 100%.  
• These tasks: writing code (PL/1, maintenance mostly), testing (ChangeMan, IDZ/GitHub platform), performance tuning, process release, and more. 
• To write documentation (easy-to-understand one-pagers) and obtain images for retrospective incident discussion. 
• To actively cooperate with other teams.
• This role is a long-term commitment. Only the training period takes up to 2 years!  

You’ll work with this technology stack: PL/1, COBOL, DB2 environment, Java C++

Your skills & experience: 

• Experience with any of the following: PL/I, COBOL, DB2 environment
• Excellent English skills 
• Good communication skills & being a team player 
• Problem-solving mindset 
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing Mainframes (preferably in business) will be a huge advantage
