Your responsibilities will be:

• Investigate international payments mostly via written communication with banking institutions, KBC branches and other internal departments in English
• Search for data needed to finalize or adjust payments in internal and external databases
• Entering and checking payment orders in our systems
• Cooperation with colleagues on non-standard cases

What We expect from you:

• High school diploma or university education, economic focus is an advantage
• English on intermediate level (spoken and written)
• MS Office basics (Excel, Outlook, Word, ...)
• Responsibility and professional approach
• Willingness to educate and develop yourself, adaptability to change
• Analytical and communication skills
• Teamwork attitude
