In the Forex, Money Markets and Invoices team, we are directly following Front Office activity. We are processing trades, releasing payments and matching confirmations for FOREX and money market trades in our internal systems. The FOREX products we process the most are FX spots, FX swaps and forwards. We also process several types of different money market deposit trades. We also run checks, manage reconciliations, take care of accounting issues, process invoices related to various activities within the Financial Markets Domain and perform other tasks; such as handling the withholding tax for our products.
Responsibilities:
- Our task is to supervise that the data in the systems and related documents are correct
- We are the right hand of front office
- We check and ensure that the payments are accurate (trades on financial markets)
- We cooperate with colleagues both in Brno and Brussels
- We communicate with banks all over the world
- We are constantly moving forward! We fine-tune established processes, we suggest, test and implement functional novelties…
Expectations:
- High school or university diploma
- Knowledge of English (you will use it in written as well as in telephone form)
- Responsible approach because every step and click is important
- Being communicative and having a team spirit (don’t be afraid to ask but also be able to help)
- Being able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of financial markets is beneficial but not required – being interested is enough, we will gladly teach you the rest
