Operations Officer in Securities Services

Currently, we are hiring for November 2024!

 

We’re looking for Operations Officer to join Securities Services domain - which is the largest domain in our back-office center. We work in teams with size of 10 to 20 people and those are tightly interconnected and closely cooperate. Besides that, you will be in touch with other financial institutions all over the world. You'll use our internal bank applications and also tools of our external partners (for example: Bloomberg, Euroclear, Clearstream,...). We take care of securities: from origination, trading and settlement to post trade care.

 

What to expect:

  • Processing offers from companies in the market. 
  • Handling client requests and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. 
  • Managing the payment of dividends and issuing new securities to clients.

 

Your skills & experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience (in business preferably).
  • You are not afraid to communicate in English via emails or phone calls and have strong communication skills (within the team, business meetings).
  • You enjoy digging deep into complex cases and you take actions to solve them carefully; you have an analytical mind.
  • You are not afraid to take initiative, you can coordinate and organize your and also others work well.
  • You do not hesitate to come with new ideas for changing processes and help with their implementation.
