Then join us at KBC as functional analyst! In the Prague´s office, we are collaboratively contributing to the development of a Multi-Tenant Warehouse, a project called Rainbow, which serves as a system for regulatory reporting of the whole KBC Group and its entities in 5 EU countries.
What to expect:
- Become a key figure between business and IT. You are responsible for the functional analysis of information systems so that they meet the business needs within the existing architecture and standards.
- Collaborate with data, IT and business teams to ensure alignment from source data to reporting deliverables across the regulatory and internal reporting chain.
- Challenge requirements, simplify complexity and document solutions clearly, ensuring compliance with Rainbow’s architectural standards and knowledge level at group Cros.
- Analyse and translate business requirements into clear, implementable features for the team.
Your skills & experience:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- You are well motivated. Someone who can work independently. You are comfortable with taking initiative and taking responsibility.
- It is important that you can act in the IT landscape after a short acquaintance period. You have the interest and the analytical skills to quickly familiarize yourself with the business and IT processes.
- Strong analytical ability and the skill to translate complex processes into clear visuals and language understandable for stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate closely with cross functional teams and challenge assumptions while keeping business value, scope and feasibility in balance.
- SQL knowledge.
