Functional Analyst

Do you have strong analytical & problem/solving skills? Are you familiar with SQL? Attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data is your own?
Then join us at KBC as functional analyst! In the Prague´s office, we are collaboratively contributing to the development of a Multi-Tenant Warehouse, a project called Rainbow, which serves as a system for regulatory reporting of the whole KBC Group and its entities in 5 EU countries.

 

What to expect:

  • Become a key figure between business and IT.  You are responsible for the functional analysis of information systems so that they meet the business needs within the existing architecture and standards.
  • Collaborate with data, IT and business teams to ensure alignment from source data to reporting deliverables across the regulatory and internal reporting chain.
  • Challenge requirements, simplify complexity and document solutions clearly, ensuring compliance with Rainbow’s architectural standards and knowledge level at group Cros.
  • Analyse and translate business requirements into clear, implementable features for the team.

 

Your skills & experience:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • You are well motivated. Someone who can work independently. You are comfortable with taking initiative and taking responsibility.
  • It is important that you can act in the IT landscape after a short acquaintance period. You have the interest and the analytical skills to quickly familiarize yourself with the business and IT processes.
  • Strong analytical ability and the skill to translate complex processes into clear visuals and language understandable for stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with cross functional teams and challenge assumptions while keeping business value, scope and feasibility in balance.
  • SQL knowledge.
