Then join us at KBC as functional analyst! In the Prague´s office, we are collaboratively contributing to the development of a Multi-Tenant Warehouse, a project called Rainbow, which serves as a system for regulatory reporting of the whole KBC Group and its entities in 5 EU countries.
What to expect:
- Communicate with business stakeholders (your internal clients) to specify application requirements.
- Collaborate with data, IT and business teams to ensure alignment from source data to reporting deliverables across the regulatory and internal reporting chain.
- Ensure application designs meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Challenge requirements, simplify complexity and document solutions clearly, ensuring compliance with Rainbow’s architectural standards and knowledge level at group Cros.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into clear, implementable features for the team.
- Support the functional design of regulatory and managerial reporting solutions (FINREP, COREP, Basel III Liquidity, Solvency II, IFRS 9, etc.).
Your skills & experience:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Eagerness to quickly familiarize yourself with new content.
- Strong analytical ability and the skill to translate complex processes into clear visuals and language understandable for business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of investment/banking products.
- Ability to collaborate closely with cross functional teams and challenge assumptions while keeping business value, scope and feasibility in balance.
- Degree within finance/economics.
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting concepts and/or calculation engines (e.g. Riskpro) is a plus.
