What will be on your daily agenda?
- Maintaining incident and problem tracking related to reporting data, ensuring transparency and accountability,
- Collaborating with varied teams, including IT and Business, to facilitate communication and ensure alignment on data flows and reporting structures,
- Taking ownership of incidents and work closely with various stakeholders until they are resolved,
- Ensuring timely resolution of incidents and minimize downtime/impacts on business operations,
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on process understanding and proposing enhancements to reporting workflows,
- Ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and compliance standards.
What will enable you to excel?
- 2+ years of experience as a proactive analyst with strong ownership and attention to detail,
- English on at least C1 level
- Analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to facilitate understanding and collaboration between technical and business teams, without requiring deep expertise in both domains,
- Interest in understanding business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement,
- Experience in data quality management, incident/problem tracking, or operational monitoring,
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms for Incident and Problem management,
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is welcomed,
- Strong Excel skills, experience with Qlik Sense or similar reporting tools is an advantage,
- Understanding databases, data warehouses, and data layer structures is beneficial but not mandatory.
