As Product Owner, you will:
- Be the voice of the customer and business within the Agile team
- Own and prioritize the team backlog to maximize business value delivery
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories
- Define and maintain acceptance criteria for user stories together with stakeholders
- Guide the content direction of the Agile team and actively participate in Agile ceremonies
- Collaborate closely with Business Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, Product Managers and other stakeholders
- Make decisions on story level and ensure a continuous flow of work
- Review and accept delivered functionality, ensuring quality and business expectations are met
- Coordinate testing activities from a business and content perspective
- Help define priorities, evaluate test results and support release decisions
- Assess impacts, dependencies and risks across teams and initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Agile and SAFe ways of working
- Align with other Product Owners and stakeholders to achieve common objectives and business outcomes
What we expect from you:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or a similar role in a technology-driven environment
- Experience with writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices
- Understanding of software development and delivery processes
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities
- University degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the banking, financial services, or insurance domain
- Knowledge of the SAFe framework
- Experience working in a regulated environment
- Interest in Data Security and related domains, such as Data Classification, Anonymization/Tokenization, Access Management, Security Monitoring, Risk Management (GDPR and DORA), and security-related processes
