Regulatory Reporting & Data Warehouse Operations

Are you passionate about delivering reliable services and building strong partnerships across business and IT? We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager who will help ensure the stability, quality and continuous improvement of our Regulatory Reporting and Data Warehouse services.

In this role, you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, coordinate service-related activities and help keep critical reporting services running smoothly and efficiently.

 

Your mission

Ensure the reliable delivery and continuous improvement of Regulatory Reporting and Data Warehouse services while acting as a trusted partner for business and IT stakeholders.

 

What you'll do

  • Manage the delivery and day-to-day performance of Regulatory Reporting and Data Warehouse services
  • Monitor service quality and ensure agreed service levels are met
  • Coordinate the resolution of major incidents and support problem management activities
  • Work closely with teams across Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting and IT
  • Track and report service KPIs and support audit and compliance requirements
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and process optimization
  • Help reduce operational risks and improve service stability
  • Coordinate activities with internal and external partners when needed

 

What we're looking for

  • Experience in Service Delivery Management, IT Operations, Data Management or Regulatory Reporting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management processes
  • Experience working in banking, financial services or another regulated environment
  • Experience with Jira and ServiceNow
  • Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams and priorities
  • Communication in English

 

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of BCBS239, COREP, FINREP or other regulatory reporting frameworks
  • Experience with Teradata, Oracle or enterprise Data Warehouse solutions
  • ITIL certification or practical ITIL experience
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Qlik Sense or Power BI
