The Challenge

  • You will be deployed as a project collaborator and actively participate in the various phases of a project, namely feasibility, analysis, realization and change. You will help to determine the logical test designs.
  • You carry out the business analyses. You translate - in coordination with product management, the business architect, application management, channel managers, etc. - the business requirements correctly into ICT.
  • You work out proposals for issues, new processes and concepts, coordinate widely and prepare decisions.
  • As process manager you are responsible for the development, implementation and end-to-end operation of your assigned processes. You monitor the interfaces with the other processes.
  • You will build up a good knowledge of the applications in your process and of the interactions with other systems and applications.
  • You support and guide the application managers.
  • You set up structured clear documentation and guidelines about your process, you take care of the dissemination of knowledge through communications and training, you take an important role in the change.

 

The Experience

  • Knowledge of Business Process Modelling: stakeholder management, process modelling, info gathering, business rules
  • Knowledge of agile and experience working with SAFe methodology
  • Lean Six Sigma is a big plus
  • Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
  • Fluency in English
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience within same or similar position
  • Experience with project management and specifically agile working is a plus.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and non-life insurance applications is an added advantage

  • You can cope with change and are flexible. You like to work in a team, you have good organisational skills and you do not hesitate to take on a management role.
  • You are stress resistant and can cope with time pressure
