Process Specialist

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for describing, optimizing and re-engineering the processes in a specific department (i.e. coordinating a number of applications/products/services/etc.) in order to produce a balanced cost/benefit ratio, dependable quality and a fast process throughput speed.
• You take an end-to-end approach to the process and monitor interfaces with other processes to find inefficiencies and gaps.
• You propose recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
• You translate the strategy of SSC in your day to day activities and in that way help the organization as a whole to realize its strategy. 
• You continuously bring added value. In using a client centric and pragmatic approach you fulfil the expectations of the internal partners and the organization.
