You will:

• Be responsible for the content-based elaboration of the stories, the prioritization within the team backlog and the quality control of the delivered stories
• Responsible for the  "content" steering of the Agile team, actively and closely participating in the iteration ceremonies and the functioning of the Agile team
• Have a vision on products and services where the team works on, represents  "the client" in the Agile team
• Elaborate the stories content-wise (together with the team)
• Take decisions on user story level
• Prioritize the stories in the team backlog (in cooperation with the stakeholders) and takes care of a continuous flow of work
• Accept delivery of stories
• Cooperate closely with Scrum Master, Product Manager and System Architect
• You actively participate in the ceremonies such as PI (Program Increment) planning and support the continuous improvement efforts of the train and participate in the team's scrum ceremonies such as refinement, planning, demo.
• You align with other PO's where/when needed to be able to complete PI objectives
• You assess the impact of changes: on the scope, on other teams, on other trains.

You need:

• University Degree in Computer Science, Finance or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience on such role in a technology company, incl. writing user stories and  "content" steering of the Agile team
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Experience/ knowledge in SAFe is a big plus
• Demonstrable expertise of Project Management fundamentals
• Experience in banking, finance, insurance fields is preferred

• Cares for customers, has a good business sense but also a technical foundation
• Story teller with excellent communication skills to negotiate with stakeholders and team, having the ability to convince
