QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer of our Q-HUB you will be a part of a QA Competence team, having a responsible role in implementation of QA methodologies in new or existing projects, forming cooperation with our KBC Bank companies  in Europe, building cross-national testing teams and designing testing projects including testware architecture of new SW delivery and SW changes.

KBC SSC Q-HUB is a creative, dynamic testing team where expertise in software quality assurance, experience from banking business and IT from across Europe forms unique place to be part of in Brno region.


Your responsibilities:


  • Forms cooperation with our KBC Group clients, participates in building of test teams delivering test services to KBC Group clients
  • Implements new activities within the organisation
  • Participates in forming test strategy and test objectives for Q-HUB activities/projects
  • Initiates new QA ideas and approaches and makes them happen
  • Leads internal projects


We expect:


  • 4+ years in QA/Testing
  • General knowledge of banking products and services
  • Experience with designing test cases is a must
  • Knowledge of development tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence, ...)
  • Advanced knowledge of development and test methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe)
  • Other IT experience and knowledge is advantage (Automation tools, Scripting/Programming languages, IT Infrastructure)
