KBC Global Services in Brno deals with business-administrative processes and activities for selected members of the KBC Group. We provide support for domains such as Payments, Financial Markets, Insurance, Securities, ICT and many more. We create a friendly, dynamic and professional environment that supports performance, initiative and responsibility. We are looking for a colleague for the position of Receptionist, which does not only mean welcoming visitors and making coffee. On the contrary, you will have a diverse range of activities and tasks that require thinking and creativity. Although we are a bit bigger family, we still maintain a friendly atmosphere and good relationships from the times when we were a much smaller company. That is why we are looking for another positive person who can maintain a clear view and a good mood.
What to expect:
- Organization and administrative support of the office and reception.
- Arranging business trips of our employees (communication with a foreign travel agencies).
- Arranging taxi transportation for our visitors.
- Processing and monitoring of internal and external mail, monitoring of incoming mail and e-mails, including their correct classification and distribution.
- Welcoming and caring for visitors on arrival and during their stay in the company, receiving incoming calls and transferring them.
Your skills & experience:
- Excellent communication in the Czech language.
- Knowledge of English - the internal language is English, you are not afraid to speak or write (phone calls, personal communications, e-mails).
- Very good time flexibility – work 20 hours a week.
- Good communication and organizational skills - the ability to provide accommodation, tickets and possibly and non-standard requirements.
- Making a decision is not a problem for you.
- A positive approach to work and people – you will be the first point addressed by visitors, but also by our employees.
- Active knowledge of MS Office – you will meet Excel and Outlook really every day.
