Recruiter/HR Specialist

Your responsibilities:
We would like to welcome a colleague who is enthusiastic about Talent Acquisition and wants to broaden his/her agenda with more HR related topics - consultations with the employees, onboarding, terminations and other paperwork.
•    The main goal of this role is to ensure the current and future hiring needs are saturated in relation to changing needs of the organization and the labor market situation.
•    Your agenda will consist mainly of hiring Business Intelligence, IT Security and other IT positions in Prague.
•    Reporting and proposing new approaches in collaboration with the local team will be your responsibility as well.
•    As you will be the main HR representative in Prague, we will be asking your support of other HR related agendas to help us take good care of our colleagues in the Prague office. The support may include various tasks regarding anything from onboarding newcomers to exit interviews or help with processing various paperwork. But don't worry, other HR professionals will have your back!
What we expect:
We're looking for an experienced Recruiter/Talent Acquisition specialist - any other HR experience is a great plus. We need a cooperative and organized person, respectable facilitator with integrity. Someone we can rely on. :)

How does the ideal candidate look like?
•    Experience with full recruitment lifecycle is a must - from defining the job openings with the managers, job ads creation and CV screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
•    Experience with recruitment agencies as well as in house recruiting would be a great asset.
•    We need someone Prague-based who's willing to meet the team in Brno regularly.
•    Experience with HR Specialist/HR BP agenda is a big plus, as well as experience with hiring IT positions.
•    We're looking for a Czech speaker with fluent English.
