In Prague, KBC Global Services is looking for a new colleague who will take care for operational risk management (LORM) within the large Rainbow program preparing DWH-based solution for Company Management of all KBC Group in 5 countries. From such a role, you will be involved in all phases - proposal, evaluation, implementation, design and improvement of a unique group-wide technical solution and work in close collaboration with other teams (technical and business) within the Rainbow program and other lines of defense across the Group

What to expect:

• Identification of operational risks
• Risk assessments, gap analysis
• Proposing and implementation of measures
• Registration in internal tools
• Monitoring
• Reporting
• Raising awareness across local departments and teams

Examples of the tasks:
-    Implementation and monitoring of existing processes, measures, and controls in relation with GDPR and DORA
-    Business continuity – cooperation on and maintenance of business continuity plans
-    HR risks – monitoring of specific internal procedures
 

Your skills & experience:
•    Analytical skills, process orientation 
•    Experience with personal data protection, third party risk management and/or business continuity 
•    Fluent in English (written and spoken)
•    Willingness to learn 
•    Constructive, forward looking, team spirit attitude 
•    You are a team player as well as able to work independently 
•    Interest in information architecture and datawarehousing 
•    Background in risk, compliance or audit functions is an advantage
