SAP Application Manager

We are looking for a new member of KBC GS CZ AM-Finance team. We provide back-office activities in the field of AP/AR services and invoicing in SAP system. Team provides first line support for solving accountancy and technical problems in SAP. Process several daily, weekly and monthly tasks in SAP, download reports and check correctness of data (mostly from technical perspective, but also content wise in some cases). We closely cooperate with Logistic Finance SAP team in Belgium and together with them we propose system changes, participate on testing of SAP adjustments and changes. 
 
Your responsibilities will be:

  • Participation on meetings with business end users, SAP LOFI BE team. 
  • Technical support for Finance domain of KBC GS CZ and BG branches
  • Check automatic processes in SAP on daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Create change requests
  • Testing in SAP acceptance environment 
  • SAP reporting
  • Help with authorizations for SAP


We expect from you:

  • Basic economic knowledge 
  • Knowledge of AP and AR principles
  • Basic knowledge of accountancy 
  • Knowledge of SAP (on user level)
  • Knowledge of English as a condition (verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail, diligence, resilience, flexibility and good communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, …)
  • Sense of humor 😊
