We are looking for a disciplined person who would join us and help us to deliver Microsoft 365 Cloud services in financial sector KBC Group is operating in – be a SAFe Agile Scrum master for activities we do inside KBC Group to increase internal productivity.
Scrum Master is organizing agile ceremonies and is responsible for monitoring the scrum processes. He/she increases team efficiency, motivates team, argues for changes that will ensure quality and timelines.
Your skills & experience:
- Knowledge of Service Operation and Agile toolset
- Agile mindset, be a servant leader and coach to a team
- Minimum of prior 5 years of experience as a scrum master
- SAFe Agile at least basic knowledge
- IT background as a plus
- Czech language is an advantage
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Ability to keep the team motivated
- Capability to solve conflict situations
- Ability to learn, adopt and adapt
