We are looking for a Scrum Master for GRS Business team in Rainbow program. You will lead an international team that builds and maintains solutions that will be used in our new data warehoused by multiple stakeholders.

Your main goal will be to guide the team toward efficient organization and ensure timely deliverables for the Product Owner and stakeholders. The team includes functional and technical colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to successfully deliver strategic projects
• Manage team planning
• Foster positive team dynamics
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Assist the Product Owner in maintaining the backlog
• Monitor the stability and performance of previously delivered projects
• Inspire the team to self-organize and take ownership
• Promote an Agile mindset and facilitate continuous improvement
• Track team budgets and report to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experienced Team lead
• Knowledge / affinity of KBC’s data warehouse solutions and / or IT infrastructure
• Proactive and results-driven, with strong stakeholder alignment.
