We are looking for an experienced Finance Specialist to manage the end-to-end finance processing chain for securities operations and international cash clearing. In this role, you will drive financial process excellence, support business, and regulatory changes, and contribute to key projects across the Securities organization.
We expect:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- At least basic knowledge of financial and managerial accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex processes and systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Collaborative mindset and strong networking skills.
Your responsibilities:
- Perform cost and income controlling, budgeting, forecasting.
- Participate in preparation of yearly budgets.
- Prepare financial reporting.
- Perform first line account management.
- Other operational tasks within scope of financial controlling
- Maintain finance documentation and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
