Our Securities Services domain is the biggest in our competence center and is one of the cornerstones of the bank-insurance industry. If you know about corporate actions, financial instruments, or how securities work, this is a place where your skills really matter. You’ll help manage trades from start to finish - from placing orders all the way to settling and keeping the assets safe.
You’ll use banking software and tools like Bloomberg, Euroclear, and Clearstream. Every choice you make helps things run better and keeps our clients happy. Here, you’ll be part of a global story, making real impact every day.
What We Do in several teams & Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Complex Corporate Actions: Oversee corporate actions such as dividends, mergers, stock splits, and fund closures, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Ensure Accurate Operations: Handle orders, settlement, custody, and fund administration of securities while mitigating risks and adhering to market standards.
- Handle Escalations & Stakeholder Collaboration: Resolve issues effectively by managing escalations and maintaining proactive communication with internal teams, external stakeholders, and global partners.
- Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Respond promptly to client requests, provide outstanding service, and maintain strong relationships across regions.
- Drive Process Improvements & Digital Transformation: Identify opportunities for efficiency, support automation initiatives, and contribute to cross-team projects.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Deliver trainings, share expertise, and strengthen team capabilities through collaboration with the Team Lead and subteams.
- Technology Partnership: Work closely with IT teams during build and testing phases to ensure business requirements are met.
- Project & Task Management: Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, keep stakeholders informed, and ensure projects remain on track.
Experience, Expertise & Skills
- Professional Background: Minimum 3 years of experience in market data, order and trade processing, settlement, corporate events, or reconciliation.
- Proven expertise in Securities Services and related areas—for example Custody, Clearing & Settlement, Fund Administration, and Accounting—supported by strong technical knowledge of financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, funds, and derivatives, as well as familiarity with global market practices, SWIFT messaging, and asset servicing platforms.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex challenges, conduct long-term investigations, and maintain strong organizational skills under pressure.
- Communication & Collaboration: Professional and proactive communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders to drive clarity and alignment.
- Approach & Mindset: Preference for complex tasks over routine work, proactive involvement in new projects and initiatives, and a passion for sharing knowledge to support team development.
- Adaptability & Prioritization: Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a strong sense of focus and delivering results in high-pressure environments.
