We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team in a full-time Service Desk position for an exciting international banking project in the field of data warehousing. This opportunity is ideal for everyone looking to gain valuable experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to end-users in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Resolve user issues and inquiries related to data warehousing systems promptly and effectively.
  • Document and escalate technical incidents to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely problem resolution and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.

Requirements:

  • Very good communication skills in both Czech and English languages.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and demands.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
