Within ART Markets we are looking for a Software Engineer for Murex application and Mandatory regulatory reporting. Murex is one of the most popular systems used on Financial Markets for trading and processing of transactions. As Murex Software Engineer you will be responsible for maintenance and implementation of Murex Software for KBC needs (LINUX, PERL, XSLT) as well as for design and development of our internal Mandatory Reporting tool (SQL, PERL). 

Responsibilities: 

• You will be responsible for technical part of the Murex system (deployment, new features, maintenance) 
• You will be responsible for the technical part of Mandatory reporting system mainly development, design, scheduling and maintenance. 
• You will work closely with different technical and business teams to ensure stability and correctness of the system and its processing. 
• You’ll work closely together with the Product Owners and Application Managers of Murex and Reporting system 

Your skills & experience: 

• You have strong technical background (Linux, Scripting languages, DB knowledge) 
• You are proactive and solution-oriented, can set your own priorities, and enjoy working independently. 
• Fluent in English, and ability to work as part of the virtual team (Brno, Brussels) 
• Ability to take initiative and responsibility in the selected area 
• Willingness to learn new technologies and systems
