What your main responsibilities will be:
- Sourcing new candidates using social media and other platforms
- Collecting market relevant data on Employer Brand positioning
- Provide TA advice based on findings to Hiring Managers and other stakeholders
- Managing end to end talent acquisition process from
- job intake calls through
- screening applications,
- conducting HR Interviews
- scheduling interviews,
- assessing candidates against job requirements
- conducting profiling tests and technical tests
- advising Hiring Managers on the candidate pipeline
- extending offers and delivering rejection feedback with career advice aspect to it
- Reporting on hiring progress and sharing observations based on hiring progress to Hiring Managers
- Proposing and implementing social media postings
- Providing administrative support to Operations and Analytics as well as HR Specialists and Business Partners
- Contacting external providers regarding testing of candidates, organizing job fairs and events, collaboration with universities etc.
- Proactively identifying new trends within Talent Acquisition and Recruitment and sharing the knowledge
- Working with TA reports and data on regular basis
- Using applicant tracking system on regular basis
- HR Support - occasional assistance with confidential HR documents and coordination of employee-related matters at the local office. Involves handling sensitive personal files with discretion. Tasks may arise unexpectedly and are not time-bound.
