Quality Assurance Center "Q-Hub" at KBC Global Services currently employs 40 mothers for On-Demand testing of applications.

Maternity leave can be challenging for most mums, regardless of whether they are working or not. Let’s shed the light on common challenges that mums are facing during their maternity leave:

The opportunity to come back and work in "OD Team" was really a big step in my life in the last few years. One day I decided to change myself from “cooking and cleaning mom” to also “working mom”. Since then I met awesome people in our team and talked about something else than just diapers, “noodles in nose” etc. It is a great feeling be part of the team. It helped me with my mindset, increased my confidence and opened my eyes. I am able to plan the work according to my needs. I do not want to miss childhood of my kids and I don’t have to, thanks to the offered flexibility.
