Longevity: empowering others to live healthy & happy lives

Join us for talks and workshops on well-being or a Health Week, which our HR department organizes for employees each year. You can get your vision checked, undergo a dental examination or discuss your posture with a physiotherapist. If you enjoy cycling, you can cycle to work with us!

We also empower others. We assist the elderly in retirement homes and help organizations that support disadvantaged people. We regularly donate blood. It’s incredibly important and fun even for first-time donors.

Nature: we keep bees and protect the landscape

Protecting our beautiful landscape and biodiversity for generations to come is very important to us. We visit incineration plants to learn about waste, organize workshops on creating handmade cosmetics. We’re proud to keep thousands of busy bees on our roof (you can taste their honey in our kitchens) and play a big part in thriving ecosystems. Every now and then, you can join our professional beekeeper to learn more about these fascinating creatures.

Social responsibility: fun events and fundraising

Our annual Christmas market gets everyone excited and feeling festive. Not only do we enjoy mulled wine and cookies, we also sell raffle tickets and raise money for good causes - last year, we invited animal shelter Tlapky na cestě, Centrum Kociánka (supporting people with disabilities) and Tyflocentrum (helping visually impaired people) to join us and we raised money for them. During the year, we organize many bake sales and sell homemade treats to our colleagues and donate all proceeds to charities or people who are struggling.
