Take a month to get to know your career options. KBC Enter offers you team visits, online courses for free and valuable networking.

You'll focus on the improvement of your analytical skills, Excel, presentation skills and other valuable necessities that you'll be using every day within KBC Global Services. We'll provide you with access to LinkedIn Learning and other platforms to help you learn.

The roles we recruit for are mostly related to the processes behind the bank. For example, international payments, securities, financial markets, group payment solutions or compliance are all areas of opportunity within our teams. We also offer a good proportion of entry-level positions in Human Resources, Learning and Development or Facilities, as well as commercial roles. You'll be immersed in the atmosphere of each team during your 4-week rotation.
