KBC Global Services Named #1 Top Employer in Bulgaria - and Now a European Top Employer for 2026
Varna, Bulgaria 15 January 2026 – We are delighted to share exciting news: for the fourth consecutive year, KBC Global Services has been officially recognised as a Top Employer for 2026 - and this year ranked #1 in Bulgaria. In addition to that, we also earned the prestigious European Top Employer certification, joining a community of organisations celebrated for their excellence across the continent.
This recognition comes from the Top Employers Institute, the global authority in HR certification, benchmarking and advisory, operating in 131 countries and regions worldwide. Through the Top Employers Programme, participating companies can be certified and recognised as an employer of choice. The certification is awarded based on the participation and results of the HR Best Practices Survey, which evaluates six HR domains across 20 topics. Among them are People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing.
In 2026, we achieved our highest score to date - 98.75%. This result is not merely a number, but reflects our continuous commitment to building a workplace where people feel cared for, inspired and supported to bring their best selves to work and grow. It also demonstrates our dedication and maturity of implementing the highest standards in people practices. Through the HR Best Practices Survey, the Top Employers Institute independently validates our processes, using a universal standard applied globally. The Institute’s CEO, Adrian Seligman, shared a message recognising our achievement: “Achieving a Top Employer Certification for 2026 reflects KBC Global Services' dedication to building an outstanding workplace that enables sustained business performance. Their strong alignment between people strategy and organisational goals, combined with a commitment to continuous improvement, demonstrates the impact of their transformative practices.”
Our Chief Human Resources Officer, Violeta Malár Momiroska, adds:
