Microsoft 365 is the world’s most popular cloud service, which empowers organizations and people to benefit from a streamlined way of working, better collaboration and productivity through AI-powered applications and solutions.

According to a recent report published by Statista, Office 365 (renamed to Microsoft 365 in April 2020) is used by over a million companies worldwide. Microsoft 365 is actually the brand name used by Microsoft for a group of software applications providing productivity related services to its subscribers. These applications include Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.

Given the rise of these technologies and the quick adoption of MS 365 solutions across the KBC entities, we at the KBC Shared Service Center in Varna are creating a specialized team of MS 365 developers, engineers and support specialists as part of our IT domain.

 Building the MS 365 team

KBC Shared Service Center Varna is growing at a rapid pace, and so the future of the MS 365 team cannot be anything but bright. We are currently forming the team and looking for professionals with the above-mentioned profiles to join us on this exciting journey.

Generally, the MS 365 team is going to work in depth with the latest developments around all Microsoft 365 applications, such as MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.

Skills and qualities needed for this job

In the MS 365 team we have space for professionals with quite some diverse IT profiles. To start with, there will be support specialists, being mainly focused on tackling functional issues with the 365 applications – for example, “Teams” application not working.  

Then, there will be the developers that will take the MS 365 apps and build upon their functionalities by writing tailor-made code, and sculpture the apps to our needs.  

To close the circle, there will be the Outlook engineers who will be responsible for everything related to the email service, such as troubleshooting, security and operability. 

Our primary goal at KBC Shared Service Center is to form a dynamic and motivated team, and we are glad that we have already onboarded a few talented professionals who laid the foundations of the MS 365 team in Shared Service Center Varna.

But that’s just the beginning – we are still seeking talented people to join us and enter the exciting world of Microsoft 365.
