We’re looking for an Application Manager to join our Data Quality, Incident & Problem Management team, supporting the delivery of high-quality Company Management reports across the KBC Group.
Your Role:
As an Application Manager, you will be at the heart of our operational monitoring and data management efforts. You’ll work closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure our systems run smoothly and our data tells the right story — supporting the delivery of top-tier reports to internal management across the KBC Group.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and follow up on the accuracy and timeliness of reporting processes
• Ensure high standards in data quality management and incident tracking
• Coordinate resolution of issues and drive follow-up actions
• Present insights and updates to wider audiences, including senior stakeholders
• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for development teams
• Act as a bridge between business clients (positioned within KBC Group functions) and ICT teams to ensure alignment and clarity
• Collaborate with technical teams to align process flows and system improvements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the team
What We’re Looking For:
• A fast learner with a proactive mindset and strong ownership
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with diverse audiences
• A blend of technical and process expertise, ideally with experience in data management or operational monitoring
• Educational background in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in incident/problem management, data quality, or management reporting is highly valued
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar incident management platforms is a plus
• Strong Excel skills; experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) is an advantage
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Fluency in English is essential
