This vacancy is situated the Agile Release Train ‘Credit Risk’ - the domain of client and credit risk calculations. The team is responsible for the development and maintenance of systems used in the credit and regulatory reporting processes, working closely together with colleagues of modelling and finance. You will work in a SAFE context with a mixed business ICT team in which the focus lies on end-to-end tasks.

Job Description:

 

As our Application Manager, you would have the following responsibilities: 


• Daily monitoring, maintenance and proper functioning of several applications related to credit risk: Loan Data Tape (LDT) and  AnaCredit; 
• Following the SAFe guidelines - Team planning, performance and delivery according to the framework 
• Working within BiiO concept “you build it, you run it” - the team performs the “create”, “change” and “run” work;
• Keeping in touch with a lot of different colleagues, reports and technologies, given the broad mix of applications and stakeholders you will be working with;
• You will be closely involved with the implementation of changes in the systems and the reporting and testing that follows. 

 

Key competencies that will help you succeed:

 

  • Strong knowledge in Credit Risk calculations, Risk lending process and related regulations;
  • Relevant experience in the field of business analysis at least 1 year;
  • Experience of working within Agile methodology is an advantage;
  • Experience in collecting business requirements;
  • Experience in testing: test preparation, test execution, test reporting;
  • Analytical mindset, critical thinking - you will examine current processes by using your problem-solving abilities and finding ways to improve and optimize them;
  • Fluent English is essential - communication with Belgium and foreign colleagues awaits you 
  • Knowledge of SQL, Excel, SAS;
  • Ability to interact and communicate optimally with both technical and business partners;
  • Well-organized, result-oriented and eager to handle difficult problems;
  • Frendly and team-oriented attitude.
