Job Description:
As our Blockchain Developer, you would have the following responsibilities:
- Implement and deploy smart contracts;
- Build reusable templates and components;
- Ensure secure, reliable, and high-quality code;
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and design patterns;
- Optimize performance and scalability of blockchain solutions;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, security);
- Document technical designs and implementations;
- Identify and resolve technical issues in implemented solutions;
- Support incident resolution, considering impact and priorities;
- Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and business users.
Key competences that will help you succeed:
- Strong experience with blockchain development and smart contracts;
- Solid understanding of security best practices and common vulnerabilities;
- Ability to build scalable, reusable solutions;
- Interest or experience in financial systems or core banking platforms;
- Ability to contribute to building next-generation financial infrastructure;
- Comfortable working at the intersection of finance, technology, and regulation;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset;
- Adaptability and eagerness to stay current with blockchain trends;
- Experience with Ethereum;
- Experience with Stable Coins.
