The Bulgarian branch of our company was established in 2019 to provide back-office support to the bank and insurance entities within KBC Group in Anti-Money Laundering, Insurance, Daily Banking, Accounts controlling, Business Solutions Competence Centre, Credits and Financing and other business domains.

As our Client Estate Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Processing estate matters by settling invoices for deceased clients, approving heir documentation, and distributing insurance or investment funds to beneficiaries.
- Communication with bank branches in Belgium.
Monitoring of customer accounts, working with multiple systems of KBC Belgium - Working with tight deadlines.
Key competences that will help you succeed:
- Excellent command of English; French and Dutch will be considered as an asset
- Experience in the field of banking will be considered as an advantage;
- High level of attention to details and ability to meet deadlines;
- Experience with processing documents and personal data;
- Flexible and know how to deal with fluctuating workloads;
- Ability to make decisions on the basis of the analysis;
- High self-motivation and proactive approach;
