Have you got knowledge & experience in at least 1 of the below Compliance domains:

• Anti Money Laundering and Anti Terrorism Financing
• Investor protection, Market Abuse, Protection of the insurance policy holder
• Data Protection
• Fraud & Ethics
• Consumer Protection
• Corporate Governance
• ..AND/ OR do you have previous experience in Audit or Risk either within or outside KBC Group

We are looking for the next member into our international team. You will for sure feel at home, if:

• You are comfortable using English (being the work language in our team). Previous work experience in English language is, thus, a must
• You live in 1 of our 5 core countries: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Belgium or Slovakia
• This will be very beneficial for our team when performing a quality control in these KBC Group countries, or you are asked for advice in reporting by the colleagues in these countries
• If, apart from English, you speak any of the following languages: Dutch, Czech, Slovakian, Bulgarian, Hungarian, or French - do not hide this fact from us
• You can stand behind your viewpoint (your communication is clear and convincing) – since you will be expected to issue recommendations or explain requirements to colleagues in the Group
• You have attention to details: you are precise in what you produce (wording, spelling, lay-out, structure)
• You are in friendly terms to Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• You like people – as simple as that. You enjoy cooperating with them, and giving them a helping hand, via e.g. advising them on how to make their own reports clear & consistent; ou like supporting colleagues by giving practical, timely explanation to their questions
• You are able to ‘work under pressure’. Currently it is not only a fashionable term in job ads, but reality – just think about the fast-changing world around us..
